atv snowblowers
Original Message   Mar 6, 2007 1:41 pm
I have a honda trx450 with a skid plate attached. My question is in order for me to hook up a snowblower or a plow will I have to take my skid plate off? If this is the case, is there much involved in taking it off or on since I use my atv a lot for recreational use. If anyone came across this please let me know what you did to make it work.

I've seen small plows on ATVs but no snowblowers. Check with who ever sells your brand of ATV they would have the info. I doubt if you have to remove anything but my idea of an ATV is a small farm tractor so what do I know .

There's not much point for a snowblower attachment, I don't believe ATVs have a PTO and it wouldn't make much sense attaching a powered snow blower to one.
