I have a relatively new Honda HR215 that I purchased in April '06. It runs well but has lost any power to cut grass. It has no torque. Any help regarding this problem will be appreciated.

i had a similar problem with my 216.  check the spring that connects the throttle cable to the carb - mine needed to be adjusted to the next hole (tightened up), and then it ran like a champ.  with the loose spring, it would choke, but not throttle up.
