I haven't seen anything that is specifically "Snowblower" oil. My engine manual says to use Synthetic 5W30 and to change it every 30hours or every season, whichever comes first.

If you don't have the engine manual try the engine manufacturer's web site and download the manual. The big three that I know of are:

Tecumseh
Briggs and Stratton and
Honda
