Yamaha Snowblower?
Original Message   May 10, 2005 11:10 pm
I saw an auction for a Yamah snowblower - 6 hp track drive. Item #
4379458908

Kind of neat rubber hood in front for deep snow.

But Yamah doesn't list snowblowers on their website? Did they give up, or?

It must have a good track drive system on it.  I'd but it, if I had the money, but I already own a fine blower.

I have a YS624 snowblower, Yamaha with tracks. Does anyone know where i can find parts for this machine. I know they are hard to find but well worth the effort. The machine is awesome and has very few problems but is almost 20 years old. Any help would be appreciated. thank you.

I have a YS-624T with a leaking fuel filter/valve.  Seems in good shape otherwise, just acquired it without realizing could not find parts.  If I can't figure a cure, I would be interested in either selling for parts or maybe acquiring parts from someone in a similar situation.

Thanks

I also have  the same machine.  Have you had any luck finding parts?  I think I need a new carburetor but can't find.  Please reply with any information

I've had the same YS624 since December 1989. Great machine! I found a replacement carb at Rivasouth.net

Good luck
