Engine on Ariens 11528DE snowblower?

This model is a "Deluxe" advertised with an 11.5 hp Tecumseh Snow King.

But Tecumseh only lists an 11 or a 13hp on their website - http://www.tecumsehpower.com/frameset.php?page=/Products/SnowEngines/engines.php

Rob, thanks again. TheTec first thread deals with B&S engines.
The second thread references power output of Tecumseh snow engines by model #.

Now, if I could find - out - the - model - number - of - an - 11528 I'd be all set!

You might need to stop by a dealer or email Ariens.

You need model numbers if you want an answer that might be right.

Do you mean the 11528LE? That's the machine I have which I bought in August 2004. The engine model# is OH318SA

Yup. Thanks!

That's a 19.43 cubic inch engine.

The 12 and 13 are listed as a 21.82 cubic inch engine.

So it looks like it's a highly motivated 11 hp....
