For home and home office use, this machine is a workhorse. It's been on straight for almost a year and its loving it. I use it for all of its purposes: receiving faxes, sending faxes, photocopying, printing, and scanning (sometimes). The controls and interface are so easy to use, my manual is still in its plastic wrap. It's also small, and you can't beat the smudge free laser quality prints. I buy the special high-grade paper for this guy!

Pros:
Starter cartridge lasted almost a year with high use. Everything works as expected and the automatic paper feed is extremely handy.
Cons:
Scanner software is useless, which is a shame because the scanner is probably fine. Just the software is low grade, seeminly slapped together in a day or two, low feature, and buggy (resizing the window goofs things up big time). I use a separate scanner from Agfa, because their scanner software is amazing. |
