Never had a single favourite group. Liked each one for its particular style, or songs. Add April Wine to the list.

Chris, the loudest concert I ever went to was Boston at Bucknell U. I thought the walls were gonna blow out. I still wonder if that has anything with me saying, "WHAT" a lot these days. Kevin LOL....

Guitarist Rod Price of Foghat Dies at 57
WILTON, New Hampshire - Guitarist Rod Price, founding member of the blues boogie band Foghat, died Tuesday after falling down a stairway at his home, a family friend said. He was 57.
The London native's solos drove Foghat to three platinum and eight gold records during the band's quarter-century career. After many years of touring he settled in Wilton in 1994. Many in town knew Price as a loving father who never missed his son's baseball, soccer or basketball games. Fewer people knew of Price's musical background. Price had played with Champion Jack Dupree, Eddie Kirkland, Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, Willie Dixon and Honey Boy Edwards. In recent years, Price concentrated on his blues projects, cutting several CDs and giving private guitar lessons at his home.

Emmo, that sucks, I loved many of their songs! I found this on their website....... ROD PRICE , Foghat's original lead guitarist, has passed away from injuries sustained in an accidental fall at home. We are stunned and saddened beyond words. Our prayers and deepest sympathy go out to Rod's family. <
An open service will be held at the Nelson Funeral Home 32 maple Street Wilton, NH at 2:00 pm, Saturday March 26th. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wilton Junior Athletic Association (WJAA ) P.O. BOX 877, WILTON, NH 03086
