Does anyone have an electronic copy of the owners manual for a Toror 724 Model # 38050. SN8002993. This is a 1978 model year.A neighbor has one he'd like me to get running again.

Regards,

jim

I had to replace the pull rope on the recoil starter. insidetherecoil pully was a made in China label. I 'm assuming a major part of the mower was fabricated or assembled there too. Maybe it is a stretch, but the under carraige paint is really failing to the point of scrape sand and repaint.

My brother took off thecarb and sort of messed it up. The seat for the needle valve was damage and needed replacing. I had the carb rebuilt and cleandd atthelocal dealer. 35.00. 1 dat service. Then the rope broke and I needed to have the rope replaced. I got ti back together and found the governor linkage was not installed correctly on the throttle valve. I straightend that out and it is running.  I need a new governor spring as my brother stretched it a little.

I should repaint the under carrage. Cheap Chinese crap! it is literally peeling off underneath.
